Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Your Appointment

Appointments can be booked online through the Cedar Rose booking system.

A £20 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

The remaining balance can be paid after your treatment by card, bank transfer or cash.

Arriving for Your Treatment

Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time to allow yourself time to settle into the space.

Please note there is no waiting area available, so arriving no more than 5 minutes before your appointment is kindly appreciated.

To maintain a calm and relaxing environment for all clients, additional guests and pets are not permitted during appointments.

If you arrive late, your treatment time will be shortened to avoid impacting the next client.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will need to have their appointment rescheduled, and the deposit will be retained.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

I understand that sometimes plans change.

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before your appointment time.

If you need to make a change, please get in touch or use the link in your confirmation email — your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a new appointment.

For cancellations made within 24 hours, the deposit will be retained.

Missed Appointments

If you do not attend your appointment and no notice has been given, the deposit will be retained.
